This ongoing documentary photography series examines the shifting realities of life between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea, where occupation, militarisation, religion and nationalism shape the everyday lives of those living across the land. Through intimate encounters and moments of confrontation, the work moves between the personal and political: Haredi boys clash with border police; a settler watches over the landscape with an M16 strapped across his back; a Palestinian stands beside the remains of his demolished home.
